Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC). megaperya.ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify megaperya.ph immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. megaperya.ph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
3.5 Account Closure. megaperya.ph reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, breach of these terms, or any activity that may harm the integrity of the platform or other players.
4.1 All deposits and account balances on megaperya.ph are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. megaperya.ph does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. megaperya.ph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay, subject to availability. Accepted payment methods may change from time to time at megaperya.ph's discretion.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of third-party payment accounts, credit cards belonging to another person, or funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: megaperya.ph is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities as required by law.
4.4 Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. megaperya.ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. megaperya.ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required identity documents have been submitted and verified to our satisfaction.
5.2 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. megaperya.ph may request additional verification before processing withdrawals to a different payment method.
5.3 Processing Times. megaperya.ph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours. Actual receipt of funds may vary depending on the payment provider. GCash withdrawals are typically processed fastest.
5.4 megaperya.ph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, a breach of these terms, or where the withdrawal would result in a negative account balance after pending bonus wagering requirements are taken into account.
6.1 megaperya.ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, which will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms at the time of the offer.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. megaperya.ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
6.4 megaperya.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to a player's account.
7.1 All games available on megaperya.ph — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, bingo, and specialty titles — are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any megaperya.ph content without prior written consent.
10.3 The megaperya.ph name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megaperya.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
11.2 megaperya.ph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
11.3 megaperya.ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
